A demolition of residential and commercial buildings, Square One Services has the work history, specialized labor and modern equipment to safely prepare its clients’ sites for the next phase of development.
From humble beginnings, Nathan Hohmeier, owner, started a demolition services company in 2006 with some hand tools and a jack hammer. Today, that company has grown to include everything required to service high-rise gold coast apartments to modest suburban homes to commercial properties. We have a fleet of vehicles to manage debris removal and disposal and a loyal and dedicated staff that are educated and experienced with on-site deconstruction.
In 2015, Square One Services, Inc. went through a name change. The business is licensed and registered in Wisconsin. We are bonded and insured.

Square One Services, Inc. mission is to be the preferred demolition company for contractors by providing comprehensive services, educated and experienced staff and completing jobs on time and on budget.

Square One Services, Inc. will work within your schedules and budgets to best meet your goals.
All it takes is one phone call!
Our foreman will meet with you and your contractor on site and review your building plans. During this visit, you can decide which application best addresses your needs – deconstruction/salvage or demolition. From there, Square One Services will present contractor/owner with a proposal specifically outlining job responsibilities and budget.
